Ceremonies are how we humans draw in love, joy and hope to the important moments in our life; marriage, commitment, new life and end of life. I have worked for over a decade as a Celebrant, creating and leading ceremonies that reflect your wild and precious life.

I specialise in outdoor ceremonies and handfastings but all my ceremonies are unique and start from a blank page, so whatever you want to include we can likely make it happen.

As well as working as a Celebrant, I am also trained as an actor and work as an author. Words, in all their forms, are my passion! We will build your ceremony via a thorough drafting process, built on conversations with you (verbal or written, in person or online) and getting to know what is really important to you. Each word will be filled with care and respect, sometimes humour (if that’s your vibe) and always with joy. I consciously create a space in which all in attendance feel welcome and able to celebrate alongside you.

- Support with writing vows if needed (I’m a writer after all!)

- Deisgning bespoke ritual/symbolic actions if they are your kind of thing
- 100% bespoke script (zero copying and pasting involved!) with unlimited edits via email until you are 100% happy
- Rehearsal at venue (optional)
- Beautifully designed script as a keepsake
- Travel costs within 30 miles of my base in Glossop (further locations will have travel expenses added to their quote)
- Flexible payment plan we can discuss before booking
- Liaising with your venue and other suppliers on the day
- Early arrival to ensure the ceremony space is set up as you want it
- Ritual cleansing and preperation of space (optional)
- Confident presesention of ceremony on the day with an eye to ensuring everyone present feels welcome, engaged and invovled.
I take on a limited number of ceremonies each year so be sure to get in touch as soon as possible
